Q. What is Texas By Texans?
A. Texas By Texans is a unique shopping experience. What is so unique is that all Texas products offered are made and developed in Texas.  Why would you want anything else? We didn’t think so.

Q. How do I place an order with Texas By Texans?
A. It is recommended that all orders be made over the internet at texasbytexans.com.  Orders are taken and are verified 24/7.

Q. What are the usual delivery times for orders?
A. Orders of “in-stock” items normally ship within 7 to 10 days following the placement of an order with Texas By Texans.  Depending upon your address, ground shipments require anywhere from one to five days.  For customized orders, shipments are made when orders are complete unless otherwise specified or requested.

Q. What is Texas By Texans return and exchange policy?
A. We will accept returns on unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase date.  Certain items including clothing and shoes cannot have been worn and original tags must still be in place.  Returns are accepted on inventory items.  The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees and a restocking fee of 15%.  Returns on customized orders are generally not accepted.  All exchanges or returns on customized items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. With Texas By Texans,  food items cannot be returned unless there are special circumstances due to condition of item upon receipt.

Q. Do you have any privacy concerns?
A. We understand that not everyone is comfortable with using a credit card for purchases over the internet.  Texans By Texans use an encryption based platform which is one of the industry leaders in credit card protection and processing secure transactions online.
