Serving Instructions: Turkeys are best served at room temperature.  To heat: set the oven to 325 degrees, wrap turkey in foil and heat 10 minutes for every pound.

To retain moisture and the hickory smokehouse flavor DO NOT OVERHEAT!

 

Shipping: Turkey is shipped frozen. They do thaw on their journey.  Smoke turkey arrives  in a sealed package and is good in the refrigerator 7-10 days.  Turkeys that arrive

frozen are good in the freezer for one year. Once the package has been opened and seal is broken, best to consume within the next 5-7 days.
