The smokehouse recommends serving the meat at room temperature. If you prefer the meat heated, wrap the turkey breast in foil, heat for 10 minutes per pound at 325 degrees.

Food Safe Handling: Smoked and cured meats are safe to ship without dry ice. The smoked meats are frozen when shipped and thaw along the way. When you receive the Smoked Turkey Breast be sure and put it in the refrigerator or freezer depending on when you plan to serve. The sealed package will keep in the refrigerator for 7 – 10 days and in the freezer for a year. If the seal is broken please consume within 5 – 7 days.
