Recipe Using Mango Habanero Jam

Mango Hot Wings

3 lbs. of Chicken Wings

3 T Cornstarch

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. black pepper

Canola Oil

3 T Mango Habanero Jam


  1. Mix salt, pepper, and corn starch together and coat the chicken wings with the mixture.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the wings. Remove when cooked.
  3. Warm 3 T of the Mango Habanero Jam in a skillet. Add the fried wings to the warm jam and coat each wing.
  4. The cornstarch makes the crispiest crunch imaginable. Since only 3 T of cornstarch is used for 3 lbs. of wings, this recipe is much lighter in calories than the traditional flour recipe.
