Festive Cheese Log

8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese

½ C Chopped Pecans

4 T Texas Wild Fire Pepper Jelly

Garlic powder, salt, pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix seasonings into the cream cheese.
  2. Flatten cream cheese into a rectangle about ½” thick.
  3. Spread Texas Wild Fire Pepper Jelly onto the surface of the cheese.
  4. Roll cheese into a log, similar to a jelly roll.
  5. Roll the log in chopped pecans, gently patting pecans into the surface until the cheese log is fully coated.
