Cancellations

Cancellations can be done before an item is shipped. Once the item has shipped, the return policy will be in effect. Please contact us at custserv@texasbytexans.com to cancel an order.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchange policy as follows: We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Clothing must have original tags and cannot have been worn and shoes cannot have been worn. Food items cannot be returned, unless there are special circumstances due to condition of item upon receipt. We can replace the item or give a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees and a restocking fee of 15%. Returns on customized items are generally not accepted. All exchanges or returns of customized items will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 30 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original vendor packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. A pick-up fee might apply to returns of large and/or heavy items.

Please allow 30 days for the processing of your return.

All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.
